Hi, guys! Today I will be talking about popping your knuckles.
Simply put, it’s OK.
And I’ll tell you why.
You know how they say popping knuckles causes arthritis? It’s not true! The truth is, it hardly has anything to do with the bone. It has to do with a gas that crowds up your bone. When you pop your knuckls the gas is released through the little cracks in your bone. Don’t worry. Everybody has them. You know the little cracks in the side of all human skulls? Yeah. That’s what I’m talking about. Anyway, the gas builds tension. When released, that tension also goes away, and quickly too.
You know, there is a British doctor who popped all of his right hand’s knuckles, including the thumb. Well, guess what?
He never experienced any arthritis, in any manner, any time, at all, during his 82 year life.
So next time you want to tell your kid or whoever how bad it is to pop your knuckles, remember this article.
Anyway guys, I gotta get goin’…
